1. Eligibility Requirements

• Age Requirement: Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
• Social Media Requirement: Participants must follow Mushroom Street on Instagram in addition to submitting the entry form.
• Employee Exclusion: Employees of Mushroom Street and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
• Geographic Restriction: The raffle is only open to individuals who enter using the QR code available at the GO TEXAN pavilion display shelf.

2. Entry Process

• Entry Method: To enter, participants must register using the QR code available at Mushroom Street’s display shelf in the GO TEXAN pavilion during the Texas State Fair from September 27th, 2024, to October 20th, 2024.
• Entry Limits: Limited to one entry per participants. Additional entries will not be considered valid.
• Required Information: Entry requires providing a valid name, email address, and phone number.

3. Prize Details

• Prize Description: The prize is a basket of Mushroom Street products including: MushLuv Rub Jerky, Fungi Fiesta Seasoning Bottle, Cowboy Mushroom Plushie, Mushroom Street T-Shirt of the winner’s choice (size and design to be confirmed by the winner)
• Approximate Retail Value: The total approximate retail value of the prize is $100.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

• Winner Selection: Mushroom Street reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the winner.
• Notification: The winner will be notified via Instagram and email by 5:00 PM CT on October 21st, 2024. The winner will be announced on Mushroom Street's Instagram and through email marketing campaigns.
• Response Time: The winner must respond within 48 hours of notification to confirm prize details and provide T-shirt size.

5. Prize Collection

• Pick-Up Location: The prize must be picked up in person at Mushroom Street’s storefront located at 8001 Valcasi Drive, Arlington, TX 76001.
• Pick-Up Deadline: The prize must be collected by October 26th, 2024. If the winner does not pick up the prize by 5:00 PM CT on the final day, they forfeit their win, and a new winner will be selected following the eligibility requirements.

6. Additional Terms

• No Purchase Necessary: No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
• One Entry Per Person: Limit one entry per person for the duration of the Texas State Fair.
• Privacy: Participants' information will be used solely for the purpose of the raffle, to notify the winner, and to sign up for Mushroom Street's email marketing initiatives. Participants can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time.
• Publicity: By entering the raffle, participants agree to the use of their names in winner announcements on social platforms and email marketing campaigns.
