Session #1 Plant Anatomy and Life Cycles

This first session in the Victory Garden 101 Series sets the stage for confident growing by teaching how plants live, grow, and feed us. You’ll explore the full life cycle of plants—what each stage looks like, what it means for your garden planning, and how to recognize it in real time. We’ll also break down the anatomy of a plant, identifying roots, stems, leaves, flowers, fruits, and seeds, and the edible roles they play in your meals. Expect a hands-on, visual learning experience designed for beginners who want to garden with more intention and understanding.
