Consent agreement

I, the undersigned, hereby grant permission to INNERENVIRO LLC dba MUSHROOM STREET FARMS ("Company") to use my likeness, image, username, posts, and any other related content on social media platforms and/or in any other similar medium for the purpose of promotional materials and showcasing community engagement.

I grant the Company and its representatives the right to use, share, repost, and otherwise feature my content on social media platforms for the purpose(s) mentioned above. I understand that these materials may be used in various ways, including but not limited to, posts, stories, highlights, and other features on the Company's official social media accounts and website.

I hereby release and discharge the Company from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, causes of action, costs, and expenses arising out of or in connection with the use of my content.

I understand and agree that I will not be entitled to any compensation, now or in the future, for the use of my likeness, image, username, or related content.

If the participant is a minor, I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor and have the legal authority to execute this release on their behalf.
