Preparation
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs or panko, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, eggs, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, oregano, and basil. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
Step 2
Shape the mixture into meatballs, approximately 1-2 inches in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.
