Beech Mushroom

Hypsizygus tessulatus, commonly known as beech mushrooms, are harvested in clusters referred to as "bouquets." They are available in both white and brown varieties and are characterized by their long stems and medium-sized caps. Their name comes from their common habitat, as they are typically found growing on fallen beech trees in the wild.
