Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats (not quick oats)
  • 1 cup milk of your choice
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 TBSP chia seeds
  • 1 - 2 tsp Morning Roar
  • 1 - 2 TBSP maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • Pinch of salt

Optional Toppings

  • Sliced banana or apple
  • Toasted nuts or seeds
  • Extra sprinkle of Morning Roar

A Sweet and Savory Flavorful Breakfast Option
