Reishi Mushroom
Ganoderma lucidum, commonly known as Reishi, is a polypore mushroom native to East Asia. Often referred to as “the queen healer,” this powerful fungus has been used for centuries in foods and beverages to help alleviate discomfort related to stress, allergies, and hormonal imbalances. In traditional Chinese medicine, Reishi is celebrated for its calming effects and its ability to replenish the body’s “qi,” or “life force.”
