Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Lion’s Mane Mushroom Powder

  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1/2 cup oat milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tsp cacao powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or honey (adjust to taste)
  • Optional: 1/2 tsp coconut oil or MCT oil (for extra creaminess & brain fuel)
