A concentrated liquid extract of a mushroom. We steep dried fruiting bodies in alcohol and simmer them in water, then combine the two liquids, so what ends up in the bottle is the mushroom in a form you can take by the dropper rather than by the plateful.

Some of the compounds in mushrooms dissolve only in alcohol and others only in hot water. An extract made one way leaves the other half behind. Every tincture here is a dual water-and-alcohol extraction of 100% fruiting bodies, with no mycelium grown on grain and no fillers.

Two to three millilitres a day, which is about two full droppers. Shake the bottle, drop it under your tongue and hold it there a moment, or stir it into water, coffee, tea or a smoothie. Taking it daily matters more than taking a lot at once.

Each bottle is 60 mL. At two millilitres a day that is roughly a month. If you would rather not think about reordering, every tincture is available on a subscription that ships on your schedule.

Yes. The ingredients are the mushroom fruiting body, alcohol and distilled water, and a serving is a very small amount. Stirring it into a hot drink softens the taste. If you avoid alcohol altogether, the same farm-grown mushrooms are available as powders and capsules.

Tinctures are the quickest to take, the easiest to adjust and work in any drink. Powders are the most economical and suit cooking and coffee. Capsules travel well and have no taste. They all start from the same mushrooms grown on our farm, so choose the form that fits your routine.
