1. Inoculate: Sanitize hands, workspace, and syringe with 70% isopropyl alcohol before injecting liquid culture through the self-healing port.
2. Incubate: Place in indirect light at 68-74°F for 2-6 weeks until 80% colonized.
3. Break & Shake: Carefully distribute colonized grains throughout bag, then pack into a tight block.
4. Initiate Fruiting: Once fully colonized, create small holes above substrate level and place near a fan for optimal air exchange.
5. Harvest: Collect mushrooms when caps fully develop, then continue misting for multiple flushes.
