Mushroom Liquid Culture Syringes

Our Liquid Culture Syringe contains a highly active mushroom mycelium strain suspended in a sterile, nutrient-rich solution. It ensures fast colonization and is ideal for grain spawn, agar, or bulk substrate inoculation.

1. Prepare Your Work Area – Sanitize your workspace and wash hands.
2. Shake & Sterilize – Mix the syringe contents and flame-sterilize the needle.
3. Inoculate Your Substrate – Inject 1-3 mL of liquid culture into a sterilized grain bag or agar plate.
4. Incubate & Monitor Growth – Keep in a warm, dark place (65-75°F) and watch mycelium develop.

For best results, refrigerate upon receipt. Syringes should be inserted into a self-healing injection port. Always handle using sterile technique and shake thoroughly before use. We recommended inoculation in either a still air box or flow hood to reduce the possibility of contamination. If you plan to re-use your needle, sterilize it before and after each subsequent use.
